Hi, my name’s Noah and I’m a research civil engineer for the US Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC). I am also in the process of completing my PhD in Civil Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
My research areas are: Infrastructure Security, Spatial Data Analysis and Spatial Optimziation
